Girls on Film
6/20

Me and my ladies!   After a week and a half, we finally have some women on the set!  Not that I don't enjoy hanging with Jeff, Mark and the rest of the guys...but it was starting to become a sausage party.  As if there wasn't enough testosterone in the film as it is.  Jane Malone, (on the left in the picture) plays Lily, Ben Sparkman's (that's Tony Moschetto's character) girlfriend and Tracy Schmetterer (in the red...and I hope I spelled her name correctly!) plays Kelsie...my girlfriend.

Tony and Jane have a cute scene together and get to make out...which brings me to my major complaint of this film.  I get NO BOOTY!!!  None!  Not offscreen, not onscreen...NONE!!!  All I get to do is rub up against Scott as I beat him up.  While Scott is a nice guy, I would much prefer some action with Jane or Tracy!  Maybe I can talk Mark into a rewrite where I seduce Sparkman's lady and we have wild sex.  I like that idea...it has money written all over it!

Kelsie contemplates the unthinkable   Today was a fun shoot, but it seemed long.  I kept teasing Tracy about being a "Prima Donna" because she was complaining that she had to make her own sandwiches.  Well, not really, but she made a comment and of course I turned it into her wanting her own trailer and all.  I do believe that she would have had a hard time with the rest of the shoot, though.  It wasn't the most luxurious of situations. 60 degree weather and waterfalls.  90 degrees and wearing SWAT and camoflauge gear, running around.  It's been a tough, physical shoot.  Regardless, we had good chemistry and there is a huge argument scene that is shot "Steven Bochco-like"  that should look great in the film.  Tracy is very good, especially at the scenes where she has to be alone and contemplate her life (and whether she continues it).  Those are tough scenes to pull off and she really nailed it.
