Breaking the Ice #45 - Meet the New Boss

I'm back! My father passed away about two weeks ago and I had to go back to Boston for the services and to help take care of things. Needless to say, it didn't leave me in a great mood to create funny web comics :)

Breaking the Ice is back now. This strip isn't super funny, admittedly, but it does re-introduce one of my favorite characters and makes him a regular player in the strip. It's funny how you create a character as a one off and then totally fall in love with it.

Family Emergency

My dad passed away this Thursday and I'm currently back in Boston, which is why I didn't create a new strip this weekend. I'm ok, if you're wondering. It's a tough time but my family is very strong and close.

I'm most likely going to draw a strip or two this week to keep myself busy while home.

Thanks to everyone who has sent me such kind notes. They're really appreciated.
